The Cochin Chamber of Commerce and Industry organised a one-day training programme on Change Management on Friday the 28th June 2013 at the Abad Plaza Hotel,Ernakulam.It was attended by several professionals holding managerial positions. Prof.Antony Mark Sequiera, CEO-Maestro Human Resources Pvt Ltd, Chennai was the trainer for the programme. He is a consultant to many Corporates in India as well as abroad. The sessions were planned with the objective to imbibe specific attitudes, qualities & develop the skills needed to improvemanagerial effectiveness for self, team and organisational well being and adapting to change by developing self motivation skills. Participants were able to gain a better understanding on how to convert their efforts into results by adapting to change. It also helped them to identify perceptual and attitudinal shift for personal, professional and organisational progress.
