The Cochin Chamber of Commerce & Industry organized an Interactive Workshop on Working with Stress & Winning on Friday, 11th September 2015 at Hotel Abad Plza, Cochin. Mr. Mark Antony Sequeira, Master Trainer and CEO, Maestro Human Resources, Chennai was the facilitator for the Workshop. The Full day Workshop was attended by participants from several Member & Non Member Companies in Cochin. The Workshop covered topics like the various types of stress people come across in their daily lives, tips on how to cope and manage with stress at various phases of one's daily life. The tips on relationship building and meditation further helped the participants to cope with stress at their workplaces more effectively. The session that started at 9.30 am came to a close by 5.30 pm
